Register for an account as a vendor to access jobs posted by both Employers and other Recruiters and post your own jobs on our powerful split-network: SplitAlliance

Complete your recruiter profile. Your profile lists your specialities and makes it easier for other members to invite you to their 'Invitation' and Confidential' jobs.

Search for jobs by keyword, location, fee, etc. Once you locate an opening in your specialty, review the job order thoroughly.

If you accept the fee and contract terms, submit your candidate through your RecruitAlliance. The date and time of submission are recorded, and the client is immediately notified.

When the client reviews your candidate and makes a decision, you receive immediate notification via email and within your RecruitAlliance account.

If the client is interested, you are provided their contact information and will work directly with them.

If your candidate is hired, you'll receive instructions on how to get paid.
